Size and standard of the room was excellent and exceeded my expectation. It was nice and quiet in the room despite hotel being in the city centre. There was a cafe at the hotel to get breakfast from which was handy to get a small bite and a coffee before going out.

Location was nice. Not a typical hotel with large lobby but nice and liked it that way. Room was okay. Hardwood floor would suit the room and style of the lobby better. Also for hygiene reasons..

The hotel staff was very accommodating and amazing down to the restaurant staff even remembering how I drink my coffee and knew me by 1st name. The entire hotel was extremely appealing to the eye. The beds were extremely comfortable (that's a huge one) the rooms are amazingly well laid out and roomy. The location was perfect for walking everywhere and playing tourist. This will be my go-to hotel while visiting in the future

The room was large and had plenty of space, with a wide sectional able to fit two people comfortably reading or doing other things. Everything was spotless, and the concierge was helpful with any requests.

Staff were excellent and friendly. My partner tripped outside on the sidewalk and scraped her knee really badly, the front desk was able to get us first aid materials to patch her up! Room was clean and comfortable, location excellent for our needs.

Everything. The hotel was very well maintained and the staff very attentive. Absolutely loved the fireplace in the lobby and that music they played at night time. The food was good and the bar was a great place to hang out. I unfortunately didn’t catch the DJ but definitely plan on going back to enjoy one of those nights!!

I loved the location and how easy it was to walk to everything that was around. I also loved how music forward W Seattle was, from the atmosphere in the lobby to the possibility of being able to go into the recording studio. I loved it.

The staff was amazing. When we checked in, I told them we were celebrating my husbands birthday and they upgraded us to a suite free of charge. In the morning he got a free cinnamon roll at breakfast. We had a great time.
